our approach to pr
We’re approachable, personable, human and hardworking.
We offer realistic expectations for our clients – not just what you want to hear.
We know the best press coverage doesn’t come from a ‘fire and forget’ approach to issuing press releases. We understand it is dependent on cultivating and nurturing relationships with writers, learning their likes and dislikes, what stories they prefer, what angles they are looking for. We know when to make that call and when to leave alone. It’s about building brand awareness and it takes time. But we’re good at it: it’s an approach that has helped Carluccio’s grow from a single restaurant to around 50 restaurants.
Obviously, we have excellent food, drink and lifestyle press contacts.
But we know it’s not just about journalists these days. We’re also acutely aware of the need to incorporate social media in any communications package – not just Facebook, Twitter and blogs but the next generation of apps too. The internet is a powerful means to engage directly with consumers to help shape your brand.

SINGH FOR YOUR SUPPER:
VIVEK OPENS CINNAMON SOHO OFF CARNABY STREETThe Cinnamon Club opened in Westminster to much foodie fanfare in 2001; Cinnamon Kitchen followed in 2009 and caused a similar stir in the City; and 2012 welcomes Cinnamon Soho, the third restaurant from executive chef Vivek Singh.
This latest venture is the chef;s first foray into the West End and is just a stone’s throw from the cobbles of Carnaby Street, sealing Soho’s growing reputation as London’s favoured foodie hotspot. This time round, Vivek loosens his tie for something altogether more casual; eschewing fine-dining in favour of comfort food classics and sharing plates, there’s a distinctly British thread running throughout the Cinnamon Soho menu.
